Start by creating a HackerRank account then follow these instructions to create a HackerRank API token key to power the integration.

Next, visit the HackerRank integration page in JobScore. Click the activate button and paste in the token key you created:

After the integration is connected, you can select which assessment to send to a candidate from the “More Actions” card on the candidate action page. You’ll be asked to choose a test and the “evaluator” – who Hackerrank will notify when candidates complete tests.

When you complete the action, HackerRank sends a link to the candidate for them to complete the assessment. You can track the progress in JobScore on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:

When the assessment is complete, HackerRank will email the evaluator a link to see the results. A button to “View Assessment Results” in HackeRank will also appear on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:

You can send HackerRank assessments in 1 click and bulk-send them to multiple candidates by adding them to your workflow:

Now you can forward, reply, and reply-all to emails from JobScore, just like your own email client… so you don’t have to open a new tab to take action.

Messages sent using reply and reply all will appear in JobScore as well as the sent items folder of your email client:

When you click to forward an email, JobScore will direct you to add a note and email it to a coworker. This way your discussions about candidates will be captured in JobScore, so nothing is lost:

JobScore makes it easy to collaboratively review resumes wherever you are, but some folks still prefer to review resumes on good ‘ol paper.

While you’ve always been able to print individual resumes from JobScore, we recently added the ability to bulk print from the Candidate Manager page. Here’s how it works:

1. Start by selecting one or more candidates from the list.
2. When you do, bulk options will appear above the table. Click on the “Print resumes” button

This will create a PDF file with all of the resumes in a single file. Click the print icon (or press CTRL-P on Windows – Command-P on Mac) and all of the resumes will be sent to print.

Depending on the number of candidates selected and size of each resume it can take a few seconds for a new window to appear and fully load. For this reason, you are limited to printing 50 resumes at a time.
