You said: LinkedIn wasn’t matching JobScore candidates with LinkedIn profiles as often as it should.

LinkedIn now uses more information from JobScore candidate records to make matches, including LinkedIn profile URLs, the most recent employer, and the most recent job title.  This means you won’t manually connect records by looking up records as frequently.

You said: We want to use LinkedIn Apply Connect on all our jobs.

Apply Connect now works on all of your jobs because LinkedIn added support for click-through agreements and OFCCP questionnaires.

You said: We’d like to have additional information on candidates exported from LinkedIn Recruiter to JobScore.

Subject to LinkedIn member settings, exported candidate records now include the candidates’ two most recent employers & job titles, as well as their education history.

You said: We want to see a list of recommendations for each job instead of reviewing them one by one.

The recommendations widget now shows 25 candidates at a time.

To get started visit the bulk import candidates page and select a .csv file. Then choose whether you want to assign imported candidates to jobs, add tags, and set their source:

When JobScore is finished importing candidates from the spreadsheet you’ll be sent an email notification with the number of candidates added, duplicate candidates skipped, and rows that couldn’t be imported.

The email also includes a link to view the list of imported candidates, so you can easily bulk email them:

JobScore supports the standard LinkedIn connection and ZoomInfo contact .csv file formats. We also support a proprietary “JobScore Import” file format that you can tweak to add data from any source. Start by creating a HackerRank account then follow these instructions to create a HackerRank API token key to power the integration.

Next, visit the HackerRank integration page in JobScore. Click the activate button and paste in the token key you created:

After the integration is connected, you can select which assessment to send to a candidate from the “More Actions” card on the candidate action page. You’ll be asked to choose a test and the “evaluator” – who Hackerrank will notify when candidates complete tests.

When you complete the action, HackerRank sends a link to the candidate for them to complete the assessment. You can track the progress in JobScore on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:

When the assessment is complete, HackerRank will email the evaluator a link to see the results. A button to “View Assessment Results” in HackeRank will also appear on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:

You can send HackerRank assessments in 1 click and bulk-send them to multiple candidates by adding them to your workflow:

We just launched an integration with Checkr, a leading background check provider. Here’s how it works:

Get started from the Checkr integration page in JobScore. You can either connect your existing Checkr account or create a new one:

Checkr provides many different background check products including criminal background checks, employment verification, drug testing, and more.  If you don’t like the options that appear in JobScore by default, log into your Checkr account, adjust your packages and everything will automatically update in JobScore.

Once connected you can kick off a background check from the More Actions card on the candidate action page:

Checkr will send a link to the candidate asking them to enter the necessary information to start the background check.  You can track progress in JobScore on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:

When the background check is complete, a link to view the results will be shown on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:

You can also add Checkr packages to your workflow so it’s crystal clear what’s supposed to happen when:

We also added the “stage type” workflow attribute. Stage types are used to count the total number of screens and interviews.

Stage types are critical for US federal contractors because “Screens” and “Interviews” must be reported on for OFFCP compliance, and are used to generate the applicant log detail report.

Finally, you can now edit active workflow stage names to be whatever you want, so you have 100% flexibility and control.

If things go well for individuals, your IT team can set things up so integrations work automatically for everyone at your company. Google Workspace Super Administrators and Microsoft Global Admins can connect the account app here.

Individual integration connections do not support Single Sign On. You’ll need to ask your IT team to connect SSO if you want to log in without a password.
