We’ve made some changes to our interview scheduling software in the new user experience, including how free/busy is shown when you turn on the calendar integration. The control to select a time now shows which times are busy:

If you make a change that causes a conflict, like making an event longer or changing a user, the field turns red. When you remove the conflict, the field goes back to normal:

We’ve also added a full-page calendar view that makes it easy for you to play calendar Tetris when scheduling multi-person interview panels. You can see free/busy for multiple people, view a single day or multiple days, click to add events, and drag & drop events:

Tasks now include candidate invite details, so you don’t have to use the email candidate card to invite candidates to interviews:

All of these changes work with task templates and the workflow, so now you can easily schedule complex interview panels with a few clicks:

Saved searches help improve recruiting collaboration by making it easy for your team to work from the same views. You can now save filters on the Candidate Manager in the new user experience:

Users can make any filter the default, so it comes up whenever they select the candidates tab. Users with the owner or admin access level can control who owns each filter and who it’s shared with:

Saved filters appear as selectable navigation options. Click on the 3 dots icon If you want to edit, reorder, or delete them:

Recruiting for many jobs at the same time can quickly fill up your email inbox, especially if you receive an email for every new applicant and scheduled interview. To minimize the number of emails you receive each day from JobScore, we’ve created a new-and-improved daily digest email.

We’ve retired our old daily candidate digest and daily task digest emails. They are now sections in the new all-in-one digest that includes:

1. Jobs & offers that need your approval.
2. Interview feedback you owe.
3. Upcoming tasks & interviews.
4. New candidates for your jobs.
5. People who joined your talent network.

Here’s an example of what the new email looks like:

If you currently use the candidate digest or task digest emails there’s no need to change anything – you’ll just start receiving one nicer looking email instead of two!

You can adjust your settings or turn the daily digest email on or off here.
